120 UBT lockstitch machines, 20 Pegasus M900 overlocks and specialist sewing equipment support construction. Barudan embroidery from Japan and Stoll multigauge knitting from Germany add garment identity and knitwear capability.

Sungrace Uniforms is the uniform brand of RK Apparels, with its own manufacturing operation in Jalandhar, Punjab. Pattern development, cutting, sewing, embroidery, knitting, finishing, checking and packing are carried out in-house. Discuss any special materials or processes with the team when your order is reviewed.
Can one order include different uniform categories?
Yes. Send a style-wise list covering the school, corporate, medical, hospitality, workwear, sports or knitwear items you need. Minimum quantities, material availability, sample approvals and production timing are reviewed for each style before the combined order plan is agreed.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the garment style, fabric, colour mix and development required. Share quantities by style, colour and size so the team can confirm the suitable order scope.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Sample and bulk lead times are confirmed after reviewing the design, material availability, approvals and current production schedule. Include your required delivery date with the enquiry.
Can I develop garments for my own brand?
We offer private-label garment manufacturing. Share your designs, measurement chart, fabric requirements, artwork and label details to discuss sampling and production.
Can we specify our own inspection or testing requirements?
Yes—send the inspection checklist, measurement tolerances, sampling plan and testing requirements with the brief. The required scope, arrangements, costs and documents must be agreed before production.
What should we agree for international shipment?
Confirm the destination, consignee details, packing requirements, delivery terms, freight responsibility and required commercial or origin documents with the order. Import requirements and product-specific testing depend on the garment and destination.
Can we review your factory and certification documents?
Factory visits in Jalandhar are arranged by appointment. Our ZED Gold and LEAN Basic certificates are available on the certification page. Share your supplier questionnaire and any additional audit criteria with our team.
