What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We accept both small and bulk orders. For custom-manufactured uniforms, MOQs depend on the garment and fabric — typically starting around 50 pieces per style. Contact us with your requirement and we will confirm the MOQ for your specific order.
How long does a bulk uniform order take?
The usual mass-production lead time is around 15 days after sample approval, depending on order size and complexity. Sample development before that typically takes 1–2 weeks.
How does the ordering process work?
Five steps: (1) you share your design and details, (2) we make a sample, (3) you approve the sample and we grade sizes, (4) mass production, (5) dispatch with door-to-door delivery. You approve the fit and finish before bulk production begins.
What printing and embroidery options do you offer?
In-house we offer sublimation, digital, screen (plastisol and water-based), foil and flock printing, plus vinyl heat-transfer stickers in reflective, matte, gloss, glitter and flock media. Embroidery uses high-quality Madeira threads on Japanese machines, including embroidered patches.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes — garments are packed in waterproof packaging with high-BF corrugated boxes and we arrange door-to-door delivery pan-India. International export via air or sea is also available.
Can you match our existing uniform fabric and colour?
Yes. Send us a sample garment or fabric swatch and we will source or manufacture matching fabric, and maintain consistent dye lots for your reorders.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is in Jalandhar, Punjab — around 390 km from Delhi International Airport, one hour from Amritsar International Airport and a 20-minute drive from Adampur Domestic Airport. Visitors are welcome by appointment.
Do you make uniforms for schools outside Punjab?
Yes. We supply schools and uniform retailers across India, with session-start delivery planning so uniforms arrive before the academic year begins.
