From Structure to a Clean Final Presentation
Fusing that suits the fabric
Interlining influences how a collar, cuff or structured garment panel feels and holds its shape. Our setup includes Hashima 450 and 600 equipment and pneumatic fusing capability. The fabric and interlining are considered together, with trial settings for heat, pressure and dwell time before the production run.
Check the result, not only the setting
A setting on a machine is one part of the process. The finished component needs to be reviewed for appearance, bond and handling. Where the order specifies laundering or other performance checks, the required method and acceptance criteria are agreed during development.
Manage threads and fastening details
UBT sewing helps with thread trimming during production. Dedicated buttonhole, button-sewing and bartacking operations support fastening and reinforcement details. Ramsons thread-cutting and suction equipment supports the final removal of loose thread ends before checking.
Press woven garments with care
Our Ramsons steam boiler and steam presses support the finishing of woven garments. The operator’s technique and the fabric’s requirements guide how collars, sleeves, fronts, trouser creases and hems are presented. The aim is a clean finish that retains the intended shape and surface character.
Respect the structure of knitwear
Knit garments respond differently to pressure and steam. All-steam irons are used for knitwear finishing, with attention to stretch, rib texture and garment shape. Pressing should not replace correcting an underlying sewing or sizing problem.
Check and pack to the order
Checking and packing equipment supports the final presentation. Size identification, garment appearance, order quantities and the specified packing arrangement are reviewed before dispatch. Buyers can request an agreed packing plan by garment, size, department or delivery destination.
